Therapist Website Examples

Real Messaging. Real Therapists. Real Results.

Every site you see here started with a messaging foundation. Here's what that looks like in practice.

If you’re unsure where to start, begin here.

How I Think About Websites

How I Think About Websites

Clarity first.

Design second. Always.

These therapist website examples show what happens when messaging leads.

I don't touch design until the messaging is right. Most designers start with layout, colors, and templates. The words get figured out later. They don't. Unclear messaging built into a beautiful site is still a site that doesn't convert. I solve the real problem first.

Therapists are trained to communicate in clinical language. That training creates real gaps when it comes to client-facing copy. Understanding the ethics, the hesitations, and the nuance of how a therapist describes their work and translating that into language that makes the right client feel immediately understood is what makes this work different.

Every site you're about to see was built the same way. Messaging first. Copy second. Design third. Look for the specificity. Look for the language that sounds like a real therapist talking to a real person. That's not an accident. That's the method.

S.C. Healing Haven

Shannon Charles, LCSW | schealinghaven.com | New Jersey

A website homepage for therapy services led by Shannon Charles, LCSW. The page features images of nature, a butterfly on flowers, and people, with sections about holistic trauma-informed care, client testimonials, and blog posts.

The Starting Point: Shannon was building her private practice and knew the kind of therapy she wanted to offer, but needed help getting clear on who she served and how to say it in a way that would attract the right clients. Her brand voice wasn't yet defined, and her website needed to reflect the depth and specificity of her approach.

The Messaging Work: We worked through her ideal client, her therapy style, and the specific language that would make the right person feel immediately understood. The site was built to position her as the experienced, trauma-informed therapist she is, with copy that speaks directly to the clients she most wants to reach.

The Results: Launched with a clear brand voice and a website that speaks directly to her ideal client, introducing them to a kind of therapy they didn't know existed.

What Shannon had to say about the process: “Thank you again for everything. I shared my website with my group and immediately got feedback that it sounds so much like me! I’m really excited about how it turned out and so grateful for your work.” Shannon Charles, LCSW

Perfectly Imperfect Counseling Services

Jennifer Brown, LCSW | perfectlyimperfectonline.com | Georgia

Webpage with vibrant pink, green, and white color scheme featuring images of diverse women and children, health and wellness content, and sections on life coaching, therapy, and personal growth.

The Starting Point: Jennifer had a website but no messaging foundation behind it. No defined audience, no brand voice, and nothing to differentiate her from every other therapist in her area. Seven years into her practice and the site still couldn't communicate who she helped or why her approach was different.

The Messaging Work: We started with the Private Practice Clarity Intensive and built the foundation first. Vision, mission, brand voice, and a clear picture of exactly who she helps and how. The new messaging speaks directly to Black women navigating exhaustion, burnout, and the pressure of holding everything together in language that makes the right client feel immediately seen.

The Results: Jennifer's voice is all over the new site. Bold, culturally specific, and completely her own. The messaging is specific, the foundation is solid, and the right clients recognize themselves in it.

What Jennifer had to say about the process: “For the first time in seven years, I feel I have a cohesive brand strategy and website that communicates who I serve, what I offer, and what makes my practice unique while focusing on the client. I feel very confident about my online presence.” Jennifer Brown, LCSW

Clarity with Alisha

Alisha Woodall, LPC | claritywithalisha.com | Virtual

A woman standing confidently with arms crossed in front of a patterned wooden background, wearing a light blue blazer and patterned pants.

The Starting Point: Alisha had a thriving private practice but needed a separate home for her coaching program. The program existed but the messaging wasn't organized yet. There was no clear framework connecting her clinical expertise to the clients her coaching program was designed to serve.

The Messaging Work: We used the Private Practice Clarity Intensive to define her ideal client's pain points and articulate the transformation her program delivers. We structured the offer in a way that made sense and gave it language her ideal clients could actually recognize. Clarity with Alisha was born from that session.

The Results: A bold, focused coaching site that speaks directly to high functioning women ready to slow down, take inventory, and build healthier lives beyond traditional therapy. The messaging is specific enough to attract the right clients and clear enough to convert them.

What Alisha had to say about the process: "Working with Chrystal feels like building something with your friend. She takes time to truly understand your vision and then gets to work making it come to life. Each conversation felt like a boutique experience with a seasoned therapist that understands the needs of therapists." Alisha Woodall, LPC

Dolevera Speaks

Dolevera Robinson | doleveraspeaks.com | Virtual

Screenshot of a coaching website for women, featuring images of a woman with short blonde hair, women in a discussion, women smiling, and nature scenes. The design includes sections with motivational messages and calls to action.

The Starting Point: Dolevera was launching a coaching practice and knew what she wanted to offer, but couldn't organize her thoughts into clear, cohesive messaging. Without a central hub that reflected her brand, her expertise and credibility weren't visible to the women she most wanted to reach.

The Messaging Work: Using the Done-For-You process, we worked through who she serves, what transformation her coaching provides, and what her brand voice actually sounds like. The strategy session surfaced her vision clearly, and the site was built to position her as the credible, experienced coach she already was.

The Results: Launched with a clear brand presence and a professional hub for her offerings. Dolevera has since reported an increase in clients and a more streamlined marketing and onboarding process.

What Vera had to say about the process: "Chrystal caught my vision from the very beginning. She asked the right questions, understood exactly what I was trying to build, and brought my brand and personality to life on the site. I'd recommend her to anyone who wants a website that actually attracts the right clients." Dolevera Robinson

Babysteps SAQ

Kris Snyder, IMFT | Men's coaching | Sports-framed approach | Virtual

A website homepage for BabySteps SAD coaching, featuring images of a smiling man in a blue shirt, people playing on a field, and a coach talking to a young person. The design includes various sections with motivational text about mental training and coaching.

Where He Started: Kris is a licensed therapist building a coaching program specifically for men, a population that is often hesitant to seek traditional therapy. He needed a site with clean, specific branding and copy that would speak directly to his ideal client without feeling clinical, and a framework that would make his coaching feel approachable and relevant to the men he wanted to reach.

The Messaging Work: We built his brand and site around a sports-framed methodology that meets men where they are. Every copy and design decision was made with his ideal client in mind, making the coaching feel accessible, practical, and worth engaging with without losing the clinical credibility behind it.

The Results: Launched with a high-quality, client-specific site that positions his coaching program as a credible, approachable option for men who wouldn't walk through a traditional therapy door.

What Kris had to say about the process: "Working with Chrystal was amazing. I felt heard throughout the entire process, and the communication was open and easy. I'm very pleased with my website and brand. I'd highly recommend Chrystal to any therapist or small business owner who wants a high-quality site and someone who's accessible and genuinely invested in bringing your vision to life." Every site you just saw started with one session.

Now let's build yours.
